Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Important Condition for Returns
Only spare parts that are in their original packaging and have not been installed or used can be returned.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or installation are excluded from return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
