Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store https://vivospareparts.com by consumers and businesses. The terms apply in the version valid at the time of the order.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The display of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately by email and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The purchase agreement is only concluded when we dispatch the goods or confirm the dispatch by a second email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process and depend on the selected delivery country.

Austria: from €7
Germany: from €15
Other EU countries: from €18

5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

The charge will be made immediately after the order is placed.

6. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place within 3–5 working days to Austria and Germany. Delivery times to other EU countries may vary. We deliver only to the EU.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

Important:
Spare parts may only be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Installed or damaged components are excluded from return.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty provisions apply. No warranty is given for damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply. For business customers, the competent court in Linz shall have jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
